• Phone number (optional)
• Type of business
• Estimated lead list size
• Description of ideal customer

Through our lead scoring service we receive:

• Lead lists submitted by clients (names, emails, locations of their prospects)

4. How We Use Your Information

Demo form information is used solely to:

• Contact you about scheduling a CallFirst demo
• Send relevant information about our services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Lead List Data

Lead lists submitted by clients for scoring are:

• Used exclusively to generate your scored report
• Handled on the retention timeline described in "How We Handle Your Leads" above: your uploaded file is deleted as soon as your report is generated; your report remains available to re-download for 7 days, then is automatically deleted; and address data used for public-records lookups expires from our verification caches within 30 days
• Never sold, shared, or used for any other purpose

6. Email Communications

By submitting our demo request form you may receive:

• A response to your demo request
• Occasional updates about CallFirst services

You can opt out of communications at any time by replying STOP or emailing privacy@callfirstapp.com.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information including secure data transmission and limited access to personal data.

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your personal data
