1. Introduction
CallFirst LLC ("CallFirst", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
2. How We Handle Your Leads
You upload a list of leads you already own. We use it for one purpose: to check each lead and place it in a tier — Hot, Warm or Cold — then send the report back to you.
- What we do with it. We match your list against verified public and property data — USPS address validation, county and property records, U.S. Census data, and storm history where relevant — to place each lead in a tier, so you know which to call first. Your file may be reviewed by a person before the report goes out.
- What we never do. We never sell, rent or broker your list, and we never use it for anything except producing your report. We never market to or contact the leads on your list. You keep full ownership.
- Who processes it. A few service providers process your list on our behalf to produce your report. Smarty (USPS address validation), RentCast (property records) and the U.S. Census Bureau's geocoder receive each lead's street address, city, state and ZIP code. Anthropic, whose AI writes each lead's one-line reason, receives the city, state, ZIP code and the property facts we found. None of them receives your leads' names, email addresses or phone numbers. Our hosting provider, Railway, stores and processes your file while we produce the report.
- How long we keep it. Your uploaded file is deleted as soon as your report is generated. Your report stays available for you to re-download for 7 days, then it's automatically deleted. Address data used to look up public records may remain in our verification caches for up to 30 days, after which it expires.
- Delete it sooner. Want your data removed before then? Email privacy@callfirstapp.com and we'll delete it on request.

3. Information We Collect
Through the forms on our website we collect:
- Your name
- Business email address
- Company website or company name
- Phone number, where a form asks for it
- Industry, and approximate leads per month where a form asks for it
Through our lead tiering service we receive:
- Lead lists submitted by clients (names, emails, locations of their prospects)
4. How We Use Your Information
Sample request form information is used solely to:
- Send you the sample report you asked for and follow up about it
- Send relevant information about our services
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Lead List Data
Lead lists submitted by clients for lead tiering are:
- Used exclusively to generate your report
- Handled on the retention timeline described in "How We Handle Your Leads" above: your uploaded file is deleted as soon as your report is generated; your report remains available to re-download for 7 days, then is automatically deleted; and address data used for public-records lookups expires from our verification caches within 30 days
- Never sold, and never used for any purpose other than producing your report
- Processed by the service providers named in "How We Handle Your Leads," only to produce your report
6. Email Communications
By submitting our demo request form you may receive:
- A response to your demo request
- Occasional updates about CallFirst services
You can opt out of communications at any time by replying STOP or emailing privacy@callfirstapp.com.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information including secure data transmission and limited access to personal data.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Opt out of communications at any time
