The house is a fact.

Every address on your bought list checked against the county record — year built, size, estimated value, owner-occupancy — back the next business day.

Lead says built 1999. County says 1979.

County hail, last 90 days not asked No reports
Address As typed Deliverable and residential

The county column is a real Florida single-family record; the lead column shows typical self-reported figures. Estimated market value is a market estimate with a range, not a replacement cost. Wind and hail are counts of storm reports anywhere in the county, not at this address.

The list cost isn't the whole cost.

Somebody still works the whole list to find the few worth working, and that somebody is on your payroll.

I'm buying lists and I have no idea whether the data's any good.
Ninety-five percent junk — the other five percent pays for the month.
A lot of them just don't bind.

Monthly cost

$4,200

in producer time, every month

150 producer hours on 1,500 leads you were never going to write.

That's $2.10 for every lead you bought.

No claim about your close rate — this is the cost of finding out.

What comes back on every address

Where a county doesn't publish a field, the report says so rather than filling it in.

How a run works

1

Send the list you already bought as a spreadsheet.

2

We check each address against USPS, county property records and NOAA storm reports.

3

Your file comes back loaded with what the record shows.

4

Your team knows who to call first.

Submitted before 3pm Eastern, back the next business day. Priced per lead and quoted on your volume.

Get your free sample report

We'll send you a complete sample report — every field, exactly as you'd receive it. Nothing to upload and no list required.

Want it on your own addresses instead? Say so and we'll talk about a run on a slice of your list.

Questions we get

Does this replace my lead vendor?

No — it sits on top of whoever you buy from.

Do you sell leads?

No, and we never will. We only check the ones you've already bought.

What if a field isn't on record?

The report says "not on record" rather than guessing.

What about storm damage?

Storm activity is county-level, from NOAA and the Storm Prediction Center. We'll never say a storm hit a particular house.

Auto?

No. Property only.

We don't sell leads and never will — your list stays yours, checked and returned. Your uploaded file is deleted once the run finishes, and the report is available for seven days, then removed.

CallFirst is for deciding which calls to make first and which product to lead with — never for eligibility, rating or risk selection.
